Eng. Mohamed Hassan Shakir is the founding General Manager of SEDCO College and a pioneering force in Somalia's professional education sector. Under his leadership, SEDCO College has grown from a small institution to a nationally recognized professional training center, serving over 2,400 students across ICT, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Business Management, Healthcare, and more than 20 program areas. Eng. Shakir's approach combines rigorous academic standards with practical, industry-aligned curriculum design that prepares graduates for real-world challenges.
