1. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials available on SEDCO College — including but not limited to video lectures, PDF documents, quizzes, assignments, course notes, and any other educational content — are the exclusive intellectual property of SEDCO College or the respective licensed instructors. These materials are protected under applicable copyright laws.

2. Permitted Use

Upon enrollment, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view course materials for your own educational purposes only. This license does not grant any other rights.

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Recording, capturing screenshots, or reproducing any video content
• Downloading, copying, or saving any course materials in any format
• Redistributing, sharing, uploading, or publishing any course content
• Sharing login credentials with any other person
• Using any screen recording software or browser extensions to capture content
• Creating derivative works from SEDCO College materials without permission
• Using course content for commercial purposes

4. Session & Access Limitations

Access to course content is limited to one active session per account. SEDCO College reserves the right to monitor, detect, and act upon unauthorized account sharing or simultaneous logins from multiple locations.

5. Content Protection Measures

SEDCO College employs technical measures to protect course content including but not limited to:

• Dynamic video watermarking with student identification
• Time-limited streaming tokens (signed URLs)
• Disabled download and right-click functionality
• Audit logging of all content access events

6. Enforcement & Consequences

Violation of these terms may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund
• Reporting to relevant legal authorities
• Civil or criminal legal proceedings for copyright infringement

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Somalia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mogadishu, Somalia.
